Complete rebuild kit with everything you need to completely rebuild your Midland-Ross style Brake Booster. Mustangs, Cougars and other Fords equipped with power brakes used 2 different suppliers for their brake boosters: Bendix and Midland-Ross. These look very different, yet are completely interchangeable. The Midand-Ross unit is the one with the large clamp around the perimeter, while the Bendix one has no visible band and is crimped together.
The more common Bendix booster is readily available as a new reproduction unit or a rebuilt original unit. The rarer Midland-Ross booster is not in reproduction and near impossible to find as a rebuilt unit anymore.
If your car originally came with this rare booster and you have a core, this kit has everything you need to restore it to as new condition. These kits are Special Order from a boutique supplier in the US. and are quite expensive. Please allow extra time for us to bring this in for you.
