You are welcome to return regular stock, as-new parts in the factory packaging 60 days from date of purchase for a full refund. All returns must be un-altered in any way (not painted, stripped, cut, used, etc.). No returns for special order items will be accepted.
All returns require an RMA number which may obtained by calling us toll free @ 888-707-0774. All shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insuring all return shipments as damaged parts will not be refundable under any circumstances. Returns that are not accompanied with an RMA number will not be accepted.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non returnable under any circumstances:
- Engines (Crate Engines, Shortblocks, Longblocks)
- Engine Components (Cylinder Heads, Camshafts)
- Differential Assemblies
- Power Adders (Superchargers, Turbochargers, Nitrous Kits)
- Gift Cards
- Chips and Tuners
- Electrical Components
- Truck Freight Body and Sheet Metal Components (Hoods, Floor Pans, Fenders, Quarter Panels, Trunk Lids)
- Fuel and Brake Lines
- Custom and/or Special Order Parts
- Clearance Items
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PARTS
Please check your order for accuracy and damage within 48 hours, and contact us immediately should any issues arise. If you receive a damaged part, please email clear photos to firstname.lastname@example.org for us to send to the carrier. Damaged or defective parts will be replaced at our expense, including shipping.
If we make a mistake on your order, we will be sure to get you the right part to you, including the shipping costs to and from your location. If you make an error ordering your part, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
