Almost impossible to find, these Crush Tubes are excellent reproductions of the ones welded into the rear frame rails on all Mustangs and Cougars equipped with Dual Exhaust from the factory. All Factory GT cars came with dual exhaust and should have these. They prevent the crushing of the rear frame rails as you bolt on the dual exhaust hangers. Sold in pairs.
When inspecting a car that was supposed to have factory dual exhaust, you should be able to feel these inside the frame rail. If they are not there.... the car is probably a fake or a poorly done re-body.
NOTE: The guy who used to make these for us has retired so we only have a limited quantity left. Once we are sold out...
