Hooker BlackHeart 2005-09 Ford Mustang GT Shorty Headers produce gains of up to 10.4 horsepower and 15.6 foot-pounds of torque on the dyno. Designed specifically for 4.6L Ford engines and made of mandrel-bent 18-gauge 304 stainless steel for maximum strength and durability, they feature 1-5/8” primary tubes and optimized tube geometry. True mitered merge collectors maximize exhaust velocity and scavenging while reducing unwanted turbulence, and 3/8” 304 stainless steel flanges ensure both durability and an optimum sealing surface. They're 100-percent hand-welded and ready to bolt on with no modifications or fabrication required, allow you to retain your factory oxygen sensors and catalytic converters, and come complete with all the necessary fasteners for a fast, easy installation.
