This is a complete Rim Blow Steering Wheel Kit made up of a brand new steering wheel with installed Horn Switch from one vendor, a new padded Horn Pad and top Trim Panel from a second vendor, and a new center Emblem from a third vendor. When you put them all together you get a fantastic looking complete wheel that looks factory original. Many folks have their old ones restored, but they rarely turn out as "original" grained as this one. Also, the vinyl covering on the pad usually "flares out" over time and most original pads end up looking just OK.... while this one looks great. This complete wheel is Concours Correct and is what we have put on the last 2 MCA Trailored Gold cars that we restored.
