Brand new sending unit for your 1965-1968 Mustang with a 5/16" fuel line. Ford switched to a 3/8" fuel line in 1967 to allow more fuel to flow to the Big Block 390-4V GT engine, but they continued to use this 5/16" line on 6 Cyl and 289/302 cars. Many folks restoring their 1965-1968 Mustang replace their old 5/16" fuel lines with a new larger 3/8" line kit to allow them to run more fuel to their built up engines. Other restorers prefer to keep their cars 100% concours correct and stick with the factory 5/16" setup.
