Often brittle and missing a tab, this is the green plastic plug that goes through the firewall and connects the headlight Harness to the Under Dash Harness Fuse Box in 1969 and 1970 Mustangs. For your harness to connect properly, the 2 tabs in the green plastic have to "click" into place properly through the firewall.
