This insulator does just that, it secures the pipe to the hanger and absorbs vibration. The rubber pad keeps it from rattling against the undercarriage. For 1965 through 1970 Mustangs with V8 engines and dual factory exhaust. These "Concours" blocks are identical to the ones installed by Ford in the 1960s. They have all the correct FoMoCo markings and the part number in the rubber block. Not cheap... but a perfect repro. Sold individually.
