If you don't have a really nice used heat shield, this reproduction is a great copy of the 1967-1969 Group 27 battery heat shield. 1967-1968 Mustangs with Air Conditioning received this shield as well, but it was cut down at the factory to fit (this is why it has a C7ZB part number!). All 428CJ cars had one of these, as well as all 351W-390 cars with Air Conditioning See the Cobra Jet Registry website for more details.
You can also use this battery heat shield for a 1969 BOSS 302 Group 22, 24 (cut down to size) battery heat shield in a pinch. It is very similar... but not exact.
