Automatic Inspection Plate for your Fox Body AOD Transmission. This is the plate that installs on the bottom section of transmission bellhousing. It is removable for when transmission servicing is needed. S must have, as it prevents dirt/debris from entering the area where the torque converter is housed. This can also be retrofit onto classic 65-73 Mustangs if converting to a 5.0 V8 with AOD automatic transmission and late model bellhousing.
